The top killer of women is Heart Disease. And since February is the month of Heart Disease Awareness, several organizations and the Heart Association are on the move to scatter the news everywhere. A scooper went to a Cardiology Associates Office at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center weeks ago and a nurse practitioner stated that cardiovascular disease is the top killer of women and it’s not even close to cancer. She also stated that women are the changers. That they are like the body and her family is the shadow. What she does is what the shadow also does. Heart disease can be prevented by 80% and the remaining 20% is genetic. The 80% includes your lifestyle and the food you take in. The nurse also declared that because of technology nowadays, if heart diseases will be detected early enough, it can be prevented easily. Human inventions such as treadmill, ex-ray equipments and the like can preserve lives but it is carefulness that matters in the end. February is the month of awareness regarding heart disease, and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center wants to tell the public regarding this common killer in women so as to prevent the number of deaths on women. Insomnia, indigestion and having a hard time when exercising are one of the common symptoms. Because of this, women are recommended to have a check-up regularly to help scatter the awareness to families and friends.

Insects - Alien Life Forms
There exist alien life forms that dominated the earth, creatures so numerous to count, capable of surviving conditions no other creature can tolerate. They range from beautiful, to unusual and to very amazing forms. We, somehow, try to destroy them. But their numbers are so huge to be eliminated. Studies show that animal classes belonging to Arthropod phylum, insecta, are considered to belong to the world of insects. Insects are considered to be the largest class in the animal world, outnumbering all other animals. Entomologists believe that there are still approximately 3 million kinds to be discovered out of the 800,000 species identified and only a thousand are understood well. Insects are everywhere in the globe from the polar regions to tropics and is found on land, in rivers, in dense forests, in oceans, in lakes and even inside your home.
Insects have three body divisions-head, thorax and abdomen-and six leg borne as an adult. Largest animals that have ever lived on the planet have hard bones in the inside to support their soft tissues on the outside. Insects are built the other way around. They have hard skeletons (exoskeleton) on the outside to protect their soft tissues in the inside and support them in their miniature world. The exoskeleton is coated with a waxy layer that helps them sustain body moisture. An external skeleton has another advantage. It can be molded to any shape imaginable, precision tools or even deadly weapons.
Insects display all colors imaginable, from black to white, glowing red, metallic green, glistening blue to the rainbow-like. Size varies from wasps less than 1mm (0.04 in) to large beetles and walking sticks 30cm (12 in). Size is changeable. For instances, legs may be for jumping, walking, running, gripping, eating, swimming, carrying pollen, or for nothing.
Insects are essential to life forms on earth, without the presence of these aliens, human race couldn’t exist. Nevertheless, many insects still carry several diseases. Some of these diseases include itchiness, typhoid fever, malaria, sleeping sickness, colds, allergies and cholera.
